“ A portion of lot No. 1457 Pls -40 Katipunan Public Land Subdivision,
bounded on the North by Eusebio Aleta; on the East by remaining portion
vlaim by Julieta Palomares; on the South by National Highway; on the West
by remaining portion claimed by Josefa Palomares containing an area of
FOUR HUNDRED SQUARE METERS ( 400 ) more or less part of Tax
Declaration No. 593.”
That the SELLERS rights over the portion of the residential lot are
acquired by virtue of Deed of Sale from Teresita Duterte, Justiano Gumalal
and interest, and participation over the above-described residential lot is
evidence by Deed of Donation Inter Vivos registered as Doc. No. 468; Page
No. 95; Book No. VII ; Series of 1984 in the Notarial Register of Notary Public
Candido p. Sumalpong, Sr., Municipal Trial Judge ana Notary Public ex-officio
of Pres. Manuel A. Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte.

WHEREAS, the BUYER had tendered an amount of ONE HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 150,000.00) to the SELLER as full payment;
WHEREAS, the parties agreed that the total selling price is ONE
HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 150,000.00) Philippine Currency;
The capital gain tax, documentary stamps tax, transfer tax, and all
other assessments for the registration of this Deed to effect the transfer of
the Certificate of Title over the subject property in the name of the BUYER
shall be for the account of the BUYER.
