Properties

physical form white liquid

storage FoamStar® ED 2523 should be stored in a cool dry place.

typical properties solids content ~ 27.5%

(not supply specification) density at 25 °C (77 °F) ~ 1.00 g/cm3
Brookfield viscosity at 23 °C (73 °F) ~ 2.000 mPa·s

FoamStar® ED 2523 suitable for manufacturing of many kinds of water-

Application based architectural paints. It is especially recommended for high-PVC
systems based on acrylic, styrene-acrylic, vinyl/VeoVa™1 and vinyl-
acrylic emulsions.

recommended concentrations 0.2 – 0.6% on total formulation - can be increased up to 1.0%.

Due to its emulsion character, FoamStar® ED 2523 is easy to

incorporate at any stage of the paint making process.
Anyhow, it is best to add it during the grind step in order to achieve per-
