CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR B. TECH- I, III, V & VII SEMESTERS SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS
(R-2015, R-2013, R-2012) ARE INFORMED THAT THE LAST DATES TO APPLY FOR THE ABOVE
EXAMINATIONS ARE EXTENDED AS FOLLOW:
EXAMINATION FEE
A) For Whole Semester Examination (All Subjects) Rs. 1260/-
B) For One Subject (Theory/Practical) Rs. 260/-
C) For Two Subjects (Theory/Practical) Rs. 510/-
D) For Three Subjects (Theory/Practical) Rs. 760/-
E) For Four and Above Subjects (Theory/Practical) Rs. 1260/-
Applications are also admissible up to one day before the Examination with a fine of Rs. 500/-
STUDENTS APPEARING THE ABOVE SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS ARE DIRECTED TO PAY THE
EXAMINATION FEE THROUGH ONLINE FEE PAYMENT (VISIT www.gvpce.ac.in).
DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION FORM FROM THE COLLEGE WEBSITE (ATTACHED WITH THIS NOTIFICATION)
AND EMAIL THE SCANNED COPIES OF THE FILLED IN APPLICATION FORM, FEE RECIEPT AND THE LATEST MARKS
MEMO CONTAING FAILED SUBJECTS TO THE OFFICE OF THE RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT.
THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT THE FILLED IN APPLIACATIONS ALONG WITH
DETAILED STATEMENTS (REGULATION & SEMESTER WISE) IN MICROSOFT OFFICE EXCEL 2003 FORMAT TO
THE CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS (A) ON OR BEFORE 09-10-2020 WITHOUT FAIL.
THE EXAMINATIONS WILL COMMENCE DURING 2nd / 3rd WEEK OF OCTOBER 2020. THE DETAILED
TIMETABLE WILL BE DISPLAYED ON THE COLLEGE WEBSITE (www.gvpce.ac.in) SHORTLY.

I understand that,
- I have to make my own arrangements for travel, food and accommodation during the examinations.
- I am attending the examinations at my own risk and college is not responsible for any health conditions after attending the examinations.
- I have to make my own arrangements for protection from COVID-19 like mask, face shield, gloves, sanitizer protection from COVID-19.
- The college reserves the right to modify or postpose the examinations based on the prevailing conditions on day to day basis.
I hereby declare that I will follow all guidelines of COVID-19 pandemic as stipulated by statutory bodies and abide by the rules stipulated
by the college during the examinations.
The University reserves the right to cancel the admission of the candidate at any stage when it is detected that his/her admission to
the college is against rules.
All candidates should be present in the Examination Hall 15 minutes before the time of commencement of Examinations. No student
will be allowed after the time at which the Examination commences.
Candidates are prohibited from bringing to the examination hall any books, notebooks or loose sheets of paper. If they do so, they
are liable for expulsion. Candidates are not allowed to use any book or books nor are they allowed to keep with them a book or part thereof,
or paper of any kind. Candidates are also prohibited from bringing their own mathematical tables into the examination hall. These will be
supplied to the candidates by the chief superintendent upon request when answering papers in mathematics and science subjects. Mathematical
instruments will however be allowed to be brought in. They are also prohibited from talking to each other, copy or communication with a
person outside the examination hall. If a candidate is found violating these rules and/or committing any other malpractice and/or behaving in
an undisciplined manner or causing nuisance or disturbance to the other candidates, he will at once be expelled from the examination hall. He
will not be allowed to sit for the remaining papers and he will be liable to be rusticated. Candidates are permitted to bring Electronic Calculators
into the examination hall.
Candidates are requested to bring along with them everyday their hall tickets. They should bring with them the Identity card issued
by the college and should be presented for inspection whenever demanded. Otherwise they are liable to be sent out of the examination hall.
