the individual candidates.
*Mere attending Web counselling does not guarantee a seat.
Note: The candidates who are admitted under self-support category are not eligible for
Government scholarships.

Fee to be paid: (at the time of Registration):
1) The Qualified and eligible Candidates of APLAWCET/PGLCET-2024 who have participated
in first phase Counseling need not pay the processing fee once again. These candidates are
informed to exercise their options afresh for the leftover seats now available and
consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment, additional seats available
in new colleges/courses.
2) Non-refundable Processing Fee Rs.500/-(SC/ST/PH) and others Rs.1000/-. Through
payment gateway (Bill desk) provided in the website https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in by
entering hall ticket number and rank/Date of Birth from 14-11-2024 to 17-11-2024 using
credit/debit card/net banking/other channels.
3) The candidates who have not participated in first phase are directed to get their certificates
verified in this final phase as per the schedule given below.
4) Candidates who have already attended for Online Certificate verification in First Phase
can directly exercise web options for second phase of counselling as per the schedule.
5) All the candidates who are eligible for second phase are informed to register online
and furnish the required information in the application form. All the entries should be
correct and the candidate is solely responsible for any incorrect entry.
6) Tuition Fee particulars and seats available under Convener Quota College wise will be
made available on the website https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in before the commencement
of Option Entry.
7) The fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is subject to the guidelines issued by the
Government from time to time.

9) The candidates may note that,
a. Options exercised for first phase will not be considered for second phase of
counselling.
b. Candidates have to exercise options fresh option for each phase of web-based
counselling.
c. In case, if they are satisfied with the previous allotment and joined a college,
options need not be exercised again.
d. Options may be exercised for those colleges even if the vacancies are not available,
as vacancies may arise due to sliding, cancellation and conversions.
10) If the candidate secures a seat in Phase-II, seat allotted to him/ her in the Phase-I stands
cancelled automatically and has to report to the new college by downloading the allotment
letter on or before the date furnished in the allotment letter. Failing to self report and
reporting to the college within the date furnished in the allotted college, the candidate will
forfeit the claim on the new college as well as in the old college.
Note:
1. (a) Eligibility for Admission into 3 year LLB course: The candidate for 3 year LLB course
should have passed Graduation Degree 10+2+3 pattern (Regular/
Distance/Open/Correspondence) from any recognized university of India or outside or
equivalent.
Note: The candidates who have passed Degree examination by single sitting
without undergoing three years course either through regular or private or
correspondence or Distance and those who obtained the degree through open
University directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible.
(b) Eligibility for Admission into 5 year LLB course: the candidate should have passed
two year Intermediate Examination with 10+2 pattern (such as 11+1), ‘A’ level in
Senior School Leaving certificate course from a recognized university ofIndia or outside
or equivalent.
Note: The applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation /post-graduation
through open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification
(i.e SSC) for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission into law
courses.
2. Mere allotment of a seat through the admission counselling will not guarantee the
admission to the candidate unless he /she satisfies the eligibility criteria for admission
as per the Bar Council of India Rules notified time to time.

3. Candidates who are allotted seats in a particular college shall submit original
certificates in the college for physical verification. Principal of the college shall also be
responsible for verification of the eligibility of the candidate for admission. Final
allotment of seat for admission is subject to satisfactory verification of all original
certificates at allotted college.
