1-5. Test and inspection
1). The test of the hydraulic pump shall be performed in accordance with KHI’s
standard based on the JIS F 6721 and the CCS Rules.
2). The shop test of the steering gear shall be performed in accordance with the rule of
JIS F 6720 “Shop Test Method for Ship’s Hydraulic Steering Gear’’ in the
presence of the surveyor of the Classification Society and/or the inspector of the
ship-owner and shipbuilder.
3). The test and inspection of the steering gear components shall be performed in
accordance with the Classification Society requirements.
4). If abnormal condition is not noticed at 1) and/or 2). The overhaul of pump and/or
steering gear shall be omitted.

Shop Test Method for Electro- Hydraulic Steering Gear
1. General.
1-1 Application
This code instructs the shop test method of the Electro-Hydraulic steering
gears manufactured by Kawasaki Precision Machinery Ltd./Wuhan
Marine Machinery Plant. The shop test shall be carried our in accordance
with JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) F6720 “Shop Test Method For
Ship’s Hydraulic Steering Gears”.
2. Kinds of tests and test method
Steering test shall be carried out without load on the rudder stock by the
steering methods shown in Fig.1 at the various combinations between
hydraulic pump and cylinders.
In each test, it shall be checked whether working condition is good or not
and whether steering follow up mechanism functions satisfactorily or not.
Besides, the confirmation of the actual rudder stopping angle shall be
made.
3. Test Equipment
Electro-hydraulic steering gear to be tested shall be installed almost
similarly to the conditions at the installation on board. Fig.2 shows an
example.
4. Measurements
1). Rudder turning speed
Turning speed is indicated by the time for moving form 35 degrees on
one side to 30 degrees on the other side on the way 35 degrees in the
process of 2 shown in Fig.1.

5. Overhauling
When abnormal condition is not noticed at performance test, the
overhauling shall be omitted.
When steering gears are delivered completely assembled, main parts
shall be inspected by shipbuilder’s inspector and shipowner before
assembling if required.
6. Test results
The principle items and test results shall be tabulated in the form of
Appendix 1.

三、构造及工作原理:
DXZ-100F2-YJ-YX2 型电动干油站(如图 1)
,由贮油器 1 手动应急泵 2 减
速器 3 柱塞泵 4 集油块 5 底座 6 干油过滤器 7 KL 型片式分配器 8 电
动机 9 高压球阀 10 等主要部件组成。
贮油器 1 中的润滑脂由加油泵从贮油器 1 下部的加油口中注入。
油站工作时,电动机 9 通过减速器 3 带动柱塞泵 4,将润滑脂从贮油器 1 中吸入
并压出,输出的高压润滑脂经集油块 5 通过干油过滤器 7 过滤后向 KL 型片式分
配器 8 压送,在压力作用下 KL 型片式分配器 8 开始动作,依次向各润滑点定量
供送润滑脂。系统通过 ASDK-3/6 电控箱与 KL 型片式分配器 8 上行程开关联锁来
控制给脂量,行程开关每动作一次,每个给脂点可供到 1.64ml 油脂。在断电状
态下,采用手动应急泵 2 向集油块 5 输送高压润滑脂,通过干油过滤器 7 过滤后
向 KL 型片式分配器 8 压送,在压力作用下 KL 型片式分配器 8 开始动作,依次向
各润滑点供送润滑脂。

DXZ-100F2-YJ-YX2 Electric Grease Station is designed and produced by our company. It has many
advantages, such as simple process, reasonable structure, stable quality and convenience
maintenance.
DXZ-100F2-YJ-YX2 Electric Grease Station is suitable for the grease centralized lubricating system of
steering gear. It supplies fixed quantity lubricating grease through the slice dispenser. In addition, it
can also be used in the lubricating system of blast furnace, steel casting, fragmentation, sintering,
crane, excavator and the mechanical equipments of paper making and building material.and expoxt of
Distribufor is equipped with oil flow viewable we can obsere the flow of dry-oil by it.
DXZ-100F2-YJ-YX2 Electric Grease Station uses a lubricating grease whose penetration is between
250-350 (25℃, 150g) 1/10mm.

(1) 贮油器:
贮油器主要用于贮存润滑脂,并在油站工作时,将润滑脂压入柱塞泵。
要部份组成。
在加油口 5 中装有过滤网,以清除润滑脂中的机械杂质,滤网应定期清洗,
防止阻塞。
(滤网前有逆止阀,取下滤网清洗时,筒内油脂不会溢出)
。当往贮
油器内充油时,筒内的活塞随同指示杆将被顶起,从指示杆上的刻度值,可以
知道贮油器的贮存量,指示杆上最末端有一条红色环形刻线,充油时观察到这
一红色刻线,表示油已充满,应立即停止加油。

四、安装、调整及使用
1、油站应安装在环境温度-10~40℃的地方使用。
2、油站必须安装在便于检查、调整和易于拆洗的地方。
3、减速箱中要定期加注 50#机械油,其油位不得低于油位指示观察口高度
的一半。
4、调压杆无故不许调节,以免影响系统供油,最大使用压力为 10Mpa。
5、贮油器内油位下降至极限,应速补脂并加满,以免空气进入泵内影响供
脂。
6、油站工作要经常注意保持整洁,并定期拆洗系统中干油网式过滤器,确
保供脂压力的稳定。

Ⅰ: Structure and usage
Type SJB-D60 manual lubricating pump adopts the up and down movement
structure. It is small, convenience for carrying and has beautiful shape. It
can deliver lubricating grease to heavy, middle or small machines after it is
fixed with pipe joints. It is also suitable for manual oil-drying station or
other oil-drying station whose oil container is not big.
Ⅱ: Technical parameters
SRB manual lubricating pump uses a lubricating grease whose penetration is
between 310-385 (25℃, 150g) 1/10mm. The following shows the basic parameters.
