    SUMMARY REPORT
    I. OBJECTIVES OF
    THE ACTIVITY By the end of the activity, the participants shall be able to:
    1. To deliver the State of Barangay Address;
    2. To inform the constituents of the financial status,
    accomplishments, on-going and plans Program,
    Projects, and Activities of the Barangay and the
    Sangguniang Kabataan;
    3. To render/present committee, and reports; and
    4. Discuss other matters.

    II. HIGHLIGHTS A. PRELIMINARIES

     The Activity started at 2:00 PM, with an opening


    prayer led by Barangay Treasurer Eden F. Villamanca
    followed by the singing of the Philippine National
    Anthem led by thru an Audio Visual Presentation.
     The Master of Ceremony,BS Crissavelle
    S.Emperador,
    acknowledged the local officials and present guest:

    B. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

     The State of Barangay Address (SOBA) was rendered


    by the Punong Barangay, Hon. Alfredo Q. Delos
    Reyes Jr. Mentioning second Semester
    accomplishment: Procurement of Medicine,
    procurement of Anti-Dengue chemical; procurement of
    BDRRM equipment like Ladder and Chainsaw; and
    other procurement as written in the annual budget. PB
    proudly informed the public of the 20% DF ( Barangay
    Vehicle ). He informed barangay constituentsof the
    future plan for 20% DF for CY 2025 (763,3738) that is
    to purchase Garbage Truck.
     Hon. Rechie P.Mercado, Committee Chair on
    Agriculture the status of barangay in agriculture.He
    mentioned about effects of thyphoon to crop
    harvest.He emphasized on being alert and prepared
    during calamities.
     Hon.Lilibeth C.Robles, Committee Chair on
    Family,Women and Children, reported on the status of
    women and Children.She informed the public that she
    help at the school every activity .Bk encourage
    everyone to be vigilant and to fully support a Zero
    VAWC case barangay.
     Solid Waste Management was discussed by Hon.
    Yvan Edcel C.Manzano making emphasis in waste
    disposal.He gladly thanks the barangay employees
    and other volunteers for the support and participation
    during the conduct of weekly clean up drive.
     Report on the additional installation of Solar Light was
    discussed by Hon.Ruperto G. Navarro,CommChair on
    Infrastructure.
     Hon. Mylyn M.Tabilin reported on the vaccination
    status of the Senior Citizens for pneumonia
    vaccine,child age to 1-4 , pregnant women, HPV
    vaccines age to 9-12 years old and“Taktak taob
    bote” for less dengue case .She reiterate that the
    public be alert , vigilant and prepared during
    calamities.
     Hon. Jesie C.Sagucio, Committee Chair on Peace and
    Order,he mentioned many Minor case in the Barangay
    he aware the all the constituents about the Curfew
    hour and “Hayop mo ,ITALI mo and he mentioned IEC
    on Drug awareness and encouraged all present to
    straight drug free community.
     Barangay Treasurer ,Eden F.Villamanca, presented
    before the Barangay Assembly member the
    compliance on Barangay Disclosure policy where 8
    documents were posted on the Barangay full
    disclosure policy(BFDP) Board: Barangay Budget;
    Summary of income and Expenditure;Annual
    Procurement Plan;List of Notice of Award; Itemized
    Monthly Collection and Disbursement (3); and ,20%
    IRA Utilization.

     Mr.Olando Olamdi,MDRRMO Binalonan discussed


    that
    “Another typhoon is coming. Be prepared and vigilant.
    The MDRRMO is always monitoring the situation.”

     Sangguniang Bayan Member Arthuro Romua , He


    encourage farmers that we all know that agriculture is
    the backbone of our economy. ; He speak and to listen
    to your concerns and to help and give an ideas
    solutions. Together, we can build a stronger, more
    resilient agricultural sector that benefits all of us.

     Municipal Administrator Manuel Luis Jr., encourage


    constituents to here and to convey the municipality’s
    commitment to supporting and collaborating with our
    Barangays in building a stronger and more prosperous
    community for all;He support us in endeavors.
    Together, we can build a brighter future for our
    municipality and its Barangays.
     Ms.Melissa Patague ,RHU BINALONAN
    representative, discussed the proper sanitation and
    keep healthy ; she add the “Taktak taob bote to less
    dengue cases and HPV ANTI- CANCER
    AWARENESS for age 9-12 for female kids ;And
    she encourage constituents of the Barangay to
    participate the Weekly Zumba at the Barangay.

     PSSG.Mario Fabro,Binalonan PNP discussed RA


    10054 also known as Motorcycle Helmet Act of
    2009.He encourage bring the Driver Licensed and OR
    /CR paper of motorcycle in case of Check point.

     PCPT.Jesus Rebareja, Binalonan PNP discussed RA


    9262 or the ANTI- VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN &
    THEIR CHILDREN ACT OF 2004 was also discussed.

    “He said that everything has gone up, so they
    will also raise the fares, but at a fair price
    because it would be unfortunate for them if
    they didn’t raise it.”
