    TERMS & CONDITIONS:


    1. PAYMENT - 50% Down Payment , Balance before delivery
    2. WARRANTY - One (1) year from delivery or 1000 running hours whichever comes first against inherent factory
    defects and faulty workmanship under normal operating condition.
    ➢ LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY :
    • IMPROPER USE, operation, installation, repair and maintenance of the product
    • Failure rersulting from abuse, alteration of product, its parts or serial number.
    • Damaged as a result of replacement of parts that had not been approved by WPERI
    • on the part of the user to immediately act when WPERI had already made its recommendation of
    potential solution to the products's problem;
    • Maintenance and repair was not handled by a WPERI's authorized generator technician
    • Acts of God (e.g: lightning, earthquake, flooding, or weather related events or wartime environment,
    or any mloss or damage from any cause beyond WPERI's control.

    3. PRICE VALIDITY - Fifteen (15) days, thereafter subject for confirmation.

    4. RESPONSIBILITY - Included in this offer is the service of our technician to start up, commission and train your
    operator on preventive maintenance procedure within Metro Manila only.
    For outside Metro Manila, Labor (Additional Charge), Transportation (air, sea and/or
    land) and board/lodging expenses will be for the customer’s account.

    5. VAT INCLUDED
    6 . Cancellation Clause - In case of order cancellation, a minimum charge of 30% of the total contract amount will be
    applied from the date of order receipt.
