THEATRES LIKE THIS ARE SO IMPORTANT...IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE HUMAN THEATRE, YOU SHOULD COME TO A PLACE LIKE THIS. EDWARD BOND IN THE GUARDIAN

BRIGHTON

Inside is a complete guide to all the shows on at Brightons favourite Fringe venue, Upstairs at Three and Ten, and its newest, The Warren. For our seventh Fringe were proud to welcome back so many Fringe favourites to Upstairs at Three and Ten. Among those are the infectiously funny Pappys, WitTank and Abie Philbin Bowman, all with cracking new shows to entertain and delight.

Weve sought out the freshest Fringe theatre, with a programme of new writing on subjects as diverse as war, (Churchills Children), relationships (Mating in Captivity), sexuality (My Gay Best Friend), religion (The Prayer Meeting) and technology (Connection Unsecure: Connect?).

...a brand new Fringe venue is being formed. The Warren has a cosy bar, a secret garden and a packed line-up of the best new theatre, cabaret, comedy and kids shows. Come and find classics by Shakespeare, Pinter and Wesker; future classics by Theatre Ad Infinitum and The Wrong Crowd; high camp in TV writer Rob Ellis Manchester-set Fetish Knights; biting satire from awardwinning neo-cabaret

darlings Bourgeois and Maurice; and the heady mix of the beautiful and the bizarre that is the music of Patti Plinko. Keep the little bunnies entertained with a fabulous programme of childrens shows, from Vamos Theatres Olympic-themed mask masterpiece Much Ado About Wenlock, to CBeebies star Patrick Lyngos Snow Play and much more. Laugh your ears off at Jesus: The Guantanamo Years, the Best of Late Night Gimp Fight! and the musical joy of Beverley Sisterssing-Metallica from The Segue Sisters. Or swing by to Fringe Club to relax and hear some of Brightons best musicians. Theres so much more inside

Theres a dash of risqu cabaret from The Bitchuationist, and even a spot of modern music hall from The Ouse Valley Singles Club, whose There are exciting new acts style sits somewhere between like king of the geeks Hayden The Clash and George Formby. Cohen, and a rare chance to Simply marvellous. And we see the latest solo show from havent even started on The star of Michael McIntyres Warren yet Comedy Roadshow, Keith Farnan.
