SPECIAL ATTITUDE (EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCES IN REVERSE CHRONOLOGICAL)

I was attending the APT Training on Disaster Prevention Measurement using Broadband Communications on the period of 28 February to 18 March 2011. On 11 March 2011, 1545 hours the Great Tsunami (more than 10 meter) was attacked at Sendai, Japan. I was in the JTEC office with other 11 countries participants at JTEC, Gotanda, Tokyo which is 311 km far from the Sendai, Japan. At Gotanda the Earthquake Magnitude was more than 6 when the Sendai was attack by huge Magnitude 9 Scale of JMA. I like to use the experience in my country what the Japanese do when the major earthquake occurred such as Sendai, Hun shin, etc.
