The calculated CHISQUARE value(1.1288) is less
than the critical value (16.92) at 5% level of
significance and at 9 degrees of freedom.
So, we accept the null hypothesis.
Hence we conclude that the satisfaction levels of
customers is independent of age group.
SUGGESTIONS:
DISPLAY SHOULD BE BRIGHTER AT
DAY LIGHT.
MAKE SCREEN MORE LIABLE AND
SCRATCH RESISTANCE.
INCREASE SCREEN SIZE A LITTLE BIT
MORE AND ADD DIFFERENT TYPES OF
COLOURS TO DISPLAY.
CONCLUSION
The main aim of the research was to know about
the customers Satisfaction towards the product.
