I. Introduction:

The school aims to enhance and nurture the skills, talents and knowledge
of the learners through the undying effort of teachers to develop learners’
well-being and make them healthy, active and productive young citizens.
II. OBJECTIVES:

1. Train the learners with holistic way addressing multiple intelligences/


differentiated instructions through practical work approach, computer literacy
and other effective strategies;
2. Upgrade facilities to improve school performance both academic and non-
academic; and
3. Motivate all stakeholders to cooperate in all school activities with regard to
human relation and linkages.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Prior to the opening of classes, Hulo Integrated NHS launched an online enrollment by
providing link though the official Facebook page of the school and a physical drop box system
to cater learners who wished to enroll in the school. Campaign materials through virtual and
physical were out into place to bring the message across our stakeholders about the continuous
education despite the PANDEMIC. Moreover, teachers also shared the announcement of
enrolment on their respective social media platforms to reach all the learners as well as the
parents.

Through the efforts of Head Teacher- In-Charge, Class Advisers and all the teachers,
the parents were given a detailed and comprehensive explanation about the implementation
of the (Printed) Modular Distance Learning Modality. General orientations per Sitios were
also conducted before the opening of classes to further disseminate the procedure of the
new normal conduct of classes.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Selected teachers from Secondary (JHS and SHS) Department
conducted a simulation /demonstration teaching using the classroom
messenger and google classroom platforms. This activity gave an
idea to the teachers on how these platforms will be helpful on the
actual learning.
ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Following through the DepEd Issuances, the work from home scheme was
the most effective strategy at Hulo Integrated NHS amidst the global crisis. On-
line platforms such as messenger classroom and google meet were used to
continue offering quality service to its stakeholders which are the learners.
 
Prior to the opening of classes, the school administration continuously engaged
with the teachers by conducting and engaging virtual meetings which includes
professional meetings, LAC Sessions and InSeT. Some teachers were also tapped
in preparing, validating and completing activities/modules/worksheets for the first
quarter based on the identified MELCs per subject area.
The school started to implement the following:

1. Kumustahan / Consultative Meetings: Kumustahan is being conducted


by the School Head with the Subject Coordinators and teachers. This is to
know their concerns, other issues for immediate action.

2. LAC Sessions: Different LAC Sessions were also conducted by the


initiative of the Head Teacher and Subject Coordinators. Topics discussed
are focused on: teaching pedagogy in different subject areas, content in
every subject area per quarter following the Most Essential Learning
Competencies, Assessment and assessment tools, Instructional Materials
Preparation and Contextualization.

Module Distribution and Retrieval


This task was led by the class advisers together with the utility personnel and
Grade Level teachers through the supervision of the Head Teacher In-Charge
who crafted the schedule of distribution per grade level on a particular day.
Booths were set-up to and manned by each class advisers of a particular grade
level. Utility personnel and non-teaching staff present aided if deemed necessary.
Physical retrieval of modules who chose Modular Leaning Modality drop their
outputs on the designated drop box to be collected by the advisers upon
disinfection by the utility .
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Teachers utilized messenger classroom as primary means to of communication
among their students.

• Class advisers created messenger group chat with the parents of their advisory
class for easy engagement.

• Several activities were conducted virtually before the opening of classes such
as In-service trainings, webinars and LAC Sessions.

• As the school opens in October 2020, the school conducted a virtual Monday
Flag Raising program headed by the assigned teachers.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• The school provided PPEs for the school front liners (Head Teachers and
Non-Teaching Staff), who are on skeletal work force.

• The school also provided PPEs to the teachers present during the module
distribution such as face mask, face shield, and alcohol among others.

• The school also procured printers (for module printing) and other supplies
such as bond papers, inks and the likes.

• Trough the initiative of SDO Rizal and LGU, we were also able to procure
boxes and UV Lights to sanitize documents coming from outside the school.
