STEP 1: Self-rating and preparation of MoVs

* The ratee peruses the pre-reviewed OPCRF and performs self-


rating based on the artifacts he/she can present;
* Means of Verifications will be compiled per Key Result Area
(KRA);
* Ratee then prepares a presentation per KRA and reflects on
his/he strengths and weaknesses;
* Self-rating on the IPCF follows;
* Compilation of artifacts finishes this step.
STEP 2: Collegial discussion with the rater for
adjustments
• Ratee presents the self-rated OPCRF with the portfolio of
artifacts;
• Rater peruses the documents using the QET rubrics as guide;
• Collegial discussion follows (which includes other school
heads);
• If adjustments will be made (based on the raters observations
and anecdotal records), ratee revisits the OPCRF
• If the rater agrees on the presented rating, ratee can then
proceed to Step 3.
STEP 3: Rating and signing of the OPCRF

• Ratee presents the prepared PowerPoint presentation using the


official template;
• Rater approves the OPCRF;
• Finalization of OPCRF for validation
STEP 4: Analyses and validation

• Ratee presents the OPCRF to the validator using the official


template provided by the division office;
• Implications and Ways Forward are important parts of the
validation process
• Ratee walks through his/her performance with the assistance
of the rater (PSDS/DIC);
• Validator clarifies issues and peruses the portfolio and OPCRF
• Deliberation happens
STEP 5: Approval of the OPCRF

• If there will be no issues and after the validator is convinced


with both the performance and the plans presented on the
Ways Forward, approval of the OPCRF is done.
