HEADMOUNT OPERATIONS:
-Install batteries
- Don head mount
- Align head/helmet mount adapter latch
- Press/hold down latch lever
- Install monocular into socket
- Set eye-relief
- Turn monocular ON

- Readjust vertical adjustment (align w/eye)
- Rotate diopter adjustment (clearest view)
- Adjust eye-relief
- Reset diopter adjustment for best view
- Adjust objective lens focus
- Observe object until clearest view

- Don Helmet
- Place monocular in socket of helmet

- Reset diopter adjustment for best view
- Adjust objective lens focus
- Observe object until clearest view

To view at close distance up to 3-meters
Additional Illumination is needed
a. Pull power knob out rotate CW to IR
Hold monocular to eye
Observe RED light in eyepiece
Indicates IR is working

b. Momentary IR
Turn power switch CW (without pulling)
Observe IR red light in eyepiece

MAINTENANCE
Inspect external surfaces for scratches, cracks and
gouges.
If they do not affect operation it’s OK
Inspect all Lenses
Inspect Battery Compartment
Ensure eyepiece rotates ½ turn
Inspect eyecup
Inspect Objective Lens
