OBJECTIVE
 To find out the percentage of company’s
employee who are satisfied or unsatisfied with
their work.
 To find out the reasons of dissatisfaction of
employees.
 Find out the solution to retain the employee in
the organization.
JOB SATISFACTION
 Job satisfaction refers to the general attitude of
employees towards their job. It is the amount of
overall positive effect or feeling that individual
have towards their job.
 Job satisfaction is in regard to one's feelings or
state-of-mind regarding the nature of their work.
Job satisfaction can be influenced by a variety of
factors, e.g. the quality of one's relationship with
their supervisor, the quality of the physical
environment in which they work, degree of
fulfillment in their work, etc.
Factors Of Job dissatisfaction
 Discrepancy between what one wants in a job and what one
has in a job.
 No recognition and promotion opportunity.
 Unfavorable pay, company policies, supervisory practices
and other working condition.
 Over workload and if an individual does not receive enough
input on the job or is unsuccessful in processing these input.
 Negative emotions of superior.
 Supervisor-subordinate relationship
 No upward communication.
 When physiological, social, self-actualization and self-
esteem needs are not fulfilled.

 Improve basic amenities (like tea, coffee, drinking water, A.C etc.).
 Increment process should be based on individual performance and
efforts and salaries should be paid on the basis of market trend & job
profile of the employee.
 P.F should be deducted equally from both the side (employee and
company).
 Uniformity and equal distribution of work.
 Cab facility should be provided to the required people.
 There should be classes for workers .superiors and other people
should be there in sampling to teach the workers.
 Team should be organized in a better way rather than managing work
somehow.
 Job profile should be defined.
 Opportunity should be provide to learn new skills and go ahead.
 Motivational theory should be followed.

 Team-work should be best and cooperative.
 Appraisal should be done on actual difference between actual
performance and self standard of the company.
 Matrix should give some incentives to every employee by
seeing their performance.
 Matrix should have some motivation policies.
 Maintain long term relationship with employees.
 Company should arrange for outdoor training.
 Matrix provides low salary due to which there is a lot of
problem in finding right candidate with less expected salary.
 Cab should also have time for coming in the company and
going.
 Matrix should try other methods of appraisals like, MBO and
360 degree appraisals.

 Arrange outdoor training for employees to learn new
skills.
 Matrix should provide performance linked salary to
employees.

 Matrix should arrange some ER (Employee Relation)
activities games, quiz and outing to reduce stress.
