CHRIS HODGES
Chris is the founder or both The Rhythm Studio, a contemporary music school in West London, and The Rhythm Studio Foundation, which aims to widen access to the music education opportunities on offer at the school. Chris is a member of the academy’s drum teaching team, while also overseeing the school’s sixth form, extra-curricular classes, holiday camps, and the community work delivered by the Foundation.
FRAN MARTIN
Fran started his career producing stages at festivals before taking this knowledge and applying it to the world of brands.He is currently the head of live at creative marketing agency FRUKT where he helps global brands harness the power of music by delivering events all over Europe and beyond. He has seen first hand how creative experiences can entertain, make lasting impressions and help young people realise their potential.
CAROLINE CAREY
Caroline has a background in fundraising for the arts and children’s charities, including the Young Vic theatre, the London Symphony Orchestra, and the children’s mental health charity Place2Be. She is currently Senior Partnerships Manager at Chefs In Schools, a charity that aims to transform nutrition in schools. She strongly believes that opportunities in music should be accessible for all and not just those able to afford it.
CAROLINE BISHOP
Caroline is a communications consultant, who has worked in many different industries and sectors. Most recently she was on GSK’s Corporate Reputation and Brand team, co-ordinating communications for the company’s partnerships with Save the Children, Comic Relief, Malaria No More and others. She is passionate about music, how it can transform and enhance life, and about helping children from disadvantaged backgrounds to receive the same opportunities as others.
STEPHEN JENKINS
Stephen is the Founder & MD of Too Many Dreams, a strategic marketing, content and communications agency for creative and technology companies. He previously spent 13 years in the music industry, working for a variety of record labels, including EMI, Virgin, Wall of Sound and [PIAS] Entertainment. He is an avid record collector, former DJ and a bad golfer. He is also proficient at speaking about himself in the third person.

ALEJANDRA LOZANO
Alejandra is an ex RSF scholarship student from 2017 till 2020. She took part in the part-time Level 2 and 3 production and business certificate as well as vocal and piano lessons. Providing her an open door to her keen interest in film music and learning a lot of skills along the way. She believes that music can be a great way to help people of all ages that may be going through mental health struggles. She has now graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Psychology and will now work as an Occupational Therapy tech in Cardiff.
