This was the first time I purchased a vehicle out of state and needed it transported from VA to upstate NY. Mercury transport was highly rated and I reab reviews that were all positive so I gave them a try. Right from my first communication for a quote request every step of the process was handled very professionally. I worked with Jake who kept me informed and guided me until I placed my order he was exceptional. I received the car today from the cartier right on time with no incidence. I learned fast just how seedy the car transport business can be. I got hawked and BS'd by several, the excuses and stories were amazing. 99% are brokers, not transporters. As Mercury is a broker, they are the exception. My rep Jake Horner went step by step via email, every step was well documented. There was at one point a price discrepancy from my final quote and Mercury and Jake took full responsibility. The car was picked up and dropped off exactly as planned. Jake Horner wasn’t pushy or over aggressive trying to get my business. He provided me with valuable information and tips in one email and did not call me 20 times like other places did. He located a carrier in a timely fashion and got me scheduled for transport in a very small window of 4 days from call to pick up.
I’m very pleased. My car made it from Jersey City, NJ to Charlotte, NC in 2 days.

Mercury Auto Transport recently brokered our shipment of a large camper and two vehicles from Virginia to Texas as part of corporate move. The prices they found were surprising reasonable even though it was right after the holidays at a particularly busy week.

They communicated throughout and the two haulers they found (1 for camper and 1 for vehicles) were professional and delivered without any issues. The only issue was communicating a bit with the drivers as their English was poor. But we overcame that and were happy with the results!

Great agency and great customer service. Ask for Spencer Thomas. I had 6 SUVs that were to be shipped from Maryland to Dallas urgently. Spencer jumped on it right away gave a décent rate. No hidden fées. Tîmeline for delivery was on point. Kept in communication and made sure the entire process was smooth. Will highly recommand and will be using them again.

Ronnie from Mercury Auto Transport was great to work with. I received a quote from Ronnie, I accepted the quote that day and got confirmation of transport at a great price - all that same day! Next day the transport driver contacted me and picked up my car. The estimated transport time was 5 days - and in five days it was delivered! Mercury Auto Transport was an excellent choice to arrange shipping my Toyota Tacoma from OK to CO, after researching auto transport for over several weeks. Matthew Cruz, my agent for this, was professional, experienced, and provided very informative literature about the process. United Logisitics was my carrier that handled the transport and delivered my Tacoma in a timely and friendly with manner with no mishaps or disruptions. My Tacoma arrived in the same shape it left. In all I was happy and pleased with the services I received from Mercury Auto.

Jim Gozde made my vehicle shipping process very easy. He communicated with me weekly regarding my shipping date and status.

The carrier, Royal Star Inc, was a little frustrating, and understandably as they were making several transports, however, they came through right on time, and got my vehicle delivered in less than 72 hours. The driver, Alex, was thorough and professional, and he took great care of my vehicle.

I will be calling Jim again for transporting my second vehicle.

I was very skeptical at first with the arrangement of transport. I looked into shipping my other car 6 years ago and i was overwhelmed with calls/texts. I never felt comfortable with all of the reps and companies.
Yes - you guessed it. Once posted the need for auto transport- OVERWHELMED with emails and texts!!!!

Mercury was a bit different.
My experience with Mercury was very professional and comforting. Luis was polite and forwarded great information on what to expect, and tips to be safe. Not pushy or rude.

It was a little higher than estimated, but the original is an ESTIMATE. The final price comes from the drivers/carrers that accept the job and propose their price. It was worth it and the car arrived undamaged.

An excellent overall experience! Misty Stovall, my agent, was extremely helpful! She took great care and patience in explaining the whole process and she thoroughly answered all my questions! Everything flowed seamlessly! The driver was professional and handled my van with extreme care!
