This was my first time shipping a car. I was very nervous because I didn’t know how this worked. Ava (the customer service lady) was very helpful to me. She explained everything to me and made sure I was at ease. It’s took only 4 days for my car to ship from Bronx NY, to Katy, Texas. It arrived in good shape and everything in it was untouched. I signed a contract with this company and had a contracted pick up and price. The day of the pickup, they called and tried to raise the price by double and then tried to give me an issue about a refund! When I pressed them about it, they finally gave me the refund but begged me not to give them a bad review. I still had to come on here and share my experience because someone else may not be so aggressive and will get taken advantage of. At the end of the day, I stood my ground and they ultimately "found a way to honor my contract". I will never use this company again, nor recommend them to anyone.

Arrangements were made quickly and efficiently. Hard to find a driver with a closed trailer for a motorcycle. Justin found one just in time. The driver went above and beyond working in the snow to get our bike to us in Miami from Maine.
Couple of hiccups that were resolved immediately. Price fluctuations that were not expected but resolved.
