Howrah Uttar (Vidhan Sabha constituency) (Bengali: হাওড়া উত্তর বিধানসভা কেন্দ্র) (earlier known as Howrah North) is an assembly constituency in Howrah district in the Indian state of West Bengal.

구분 위원회의 명령에 따라 170번 하워라 우타르(비단 사바 선거구)는 다음과 같이 구성된다. 하워라 시공사 1~7번과 10~16번 병동.[1]
하우라 우타르(Vidhan Sabha 선거구)는 25번 하우라(Lok Sabha 선거구)의 일부다.[1]

2006년, 2001년, 1996년, 1991년 주 의회 선거에서 CPI(M)의 라간 더 싱(Lagan Deo Singh)이 2006년 트리나물 의회의 가장 가까운 경쟁자인 바니 싱하(Bani Singha)를 누르고 하워라 북부의 의석을 차지했다. 대부분의 해의 경연대회는 여러 코너에 몰렸으나 오직 우승자와 주자들만 언급되고 있다. 의회의 아석 고쉬는 1987년 CPI(M)의 라간 데오 싱, 1982년 CPI(M)의 치타브라타 마금다르를 물리쳤다. CPI(M)의 치타브라타 마줌다르는 1977년 의회의 수프리야 바수를 물리쳤다.[18]
