뉴클레오폴린 205(Nup205 )는 인간에서 NUP205 [5] [6] [7] 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.
기능. 세포질과 핵 사이의 고분자 수송은 핵 외피 안에 내장 된 핵 기공 복합체(NPCs)를 통해 일어난다. NPC는 서브콤플렉스로 구성되며, NUP205는 이러한 [5] 서브콤플렉스의 일부입니다. 또한 최근 적절한 바이러스 유전자 [8] 발현을 위해 Nup205가 필요하다는 것이 밝혀졌다.
