Eucalyptus benthamii Maiden & Cambage, a tree – Critically Endangered Species listing

The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (the Act), has made a Final Determination to reject a proposal to list the tree Eucalyptus benthamii Maiden & Cambage as an Endangered species in Part 2 of Schedule 1 of the Act and to list Eucalyptus benthamii Maiden & Cambage as a Critically Endangered species in Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Act and, to omit reference to Eucalyptus benthamii Maiden & Cambage from Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Vulnerable species) of the Act.
