RHONJ's Melissa Gorga hits back at Teresa Giudice's shade over Sprinkle cookie brand launch

Melissa Gorga is slamming her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice for allegedly taking credit for her new cookie company.

On Wednesday, the 45-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared witty remarks geared at her longtime rival during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.

Last December, when Melissa launched Sprinkle, Teresa, 52, shared a cryptic post on X (formerly Twitter) that said, 'You’re welcome,' which seemed as though she was suggesting the brand was her idea.

Breaking her silence on the matter now, Melissa responded 'Well, she’s welcome for giving her someone to hate on for the last decade. So, she’s welcome!'

'You’ve both done so much for each other,' host Andy Cohen replied.

Melissa quipped, 'We really have.'

Earlier this month, Melissa opened up to Us Weekly about her new delectable dessert brand, Sprinkle by MG, saying it was 'a long time coming.'

'Everyone knows sprinkle cookies are my absolute favorite,' she told the outlet.

'We had that iconic scene [on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey] and I’ve always wanted to come out with my own — it’s been a long time coming,' she added.

The Bravo star was referring to a viral moment from season 3 when Teresa discarded of a box of sprinkle cookies Melissa had brought to her home for a Christmas Eve get-together.

And the incident continued to fuel their standing feud.

'Everywhere I go, people give me sprinkle cookies, [whether] it was at book signings or when they come to [her boutique] Envy,' she said of the cheat-day treat.

'When we go to [Dolores Catania’s annual charity softball] games, everyone holds up "Team Sprinkle" [signs],' Melissa added.

The reality star sells her cookies via the Sprinkle cookies site in 12-count packs for $29.99.

For over a decade, Teresa and Melissa's tumultuous relationship has been the lifeblood of RHONJ. Most recently, during season 14, the duo refused to speak to each other.

And in August, Melissa revealed that leaving the hit show was on the table because of how serious their issues are.

'I am prepared for anything at this point, obviously because of all the rumors that are out there,' she said on the Two Ts In A Pod podcast. 'I am fully prepared for anything.'

'I think I would realize that her and I are two extremely different characters, so to speak, on the show,' she told hosts Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp.

'So, if Bravo decides to go that route and kind of, like, the darker route, then I need to say that is not a show that I want to be on anyway,' she added.

Melissa explained, 'I do not want to be on that toxic s***. As long as you know she is there and that whole thing would come back, I wouldn’t find it as a loss.

'I also want to say, like, I’ve had a 14-year run … You can’t do it forever. You don’t go and be on a TV show for 50 [or] 20 years. I mean, I’ve been on for 14 years.'

The brunette beauty also said she hopes there will be changes to keep things 'fresh' on the show.

'So do I want to come back? Do I hope that they do something a little fresh and new? Of course, I’m not gonna lie to everyone. I do hope that there’s some changes, and I don’t know that I’ll be a part of them. I don’t think anybody knows,' she said.
