Bill Mercer (Republican Party) is a member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing District 52. He assumed office on January 6, 2025. His current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Biography

Bill Mercer earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Montana in 1986, a graduate degree from Harvard University in 1988, and a law degree from the George Mason University School of Law in 1993. His career includes serving as a partner at Holland & Hart, as the U.S. Attorney for Montana from 2001 to 2009, and as an assistant U.S. Attorney from 1994 to 2001.
