Biography
Leo Delperdang was born in Sioux City, Iowa. Delperdang earned a degree in electrical engineering. He also earned a second degree in business and master's degree from Newman University. Delperdang’s career experience includes working with AT&T and Bell Laboratories and as the Director of Voice, Data, & Communications Infrastructures with Koch Industries. He has been a member of the Kansas Patriot Guard.[1]
