Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness, to he tempted by the Devil.

And He was in the wilderness forty days tempted by Satan; and He was with the wild beasts; and the angels were ministering to Him.

And, behold, a spirit takes him, and suddenly he cries out, and it convulses him with foaming, and with difficulty it departs from him, bruising him;

And, when He came to the other side, into the country of the Gadarenes, there met Him two demoniacs, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass along that way;

And, when He went forth on the land, there met Him a certain man out of the city, who had demons, and for a long time he had worn no clothing; and he abode not in a house, but in the tombs.

And, behold, a Canaanitish woman, having come forth out of those borders, cried out, saying, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a demon!"

But straightway a woman, whose little daughter had an unclean spirit, having heard of Him, coming, fell down at His feet.

And straight-way there was in the synagogue a man with an unclean spirit. And he cried out,

And in the synagogue there was a man having a spirit of an unclean demon; and he cried out with a loud voice,

And, when it was evening, they brought to Him many demoniacs; and He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick,

And He healed many that were sick with many kinds of diseases, and cast out many demons; and He did not permit the demons to speak, because they knew Him [to be the Christ].

And, as the sun was setting, all, as many as had any ailing with divers diseases, brought them to Him; and He, laying His hands on each one of them, was healing them.

But, if I by the Spirit of God cast out the demons, then the Kingdom of God came upon you unexpectedly.

And Jesus rebuked it, and the demon went out of him, and the boy was healed from that hour.

And Jesus, seeing that a multitude was running together, rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, "Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him, and enter no more into him." And, having cried out, and convulsed him much, it came out; and he became as one dead; so that many said, "He died!"

And, while he was yet coming, the demon thrust him down, and greatly convulsed him. But Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the boy, and gave him back to his father.

And the multitude of the cities round about were coming together to Jerusalem, bearing the sick, and those harassed by unclean spirits ??ho, indeed, were being healed, every one.

For unclean spirits came forth from many of those possessing them, crying with a loud voice; and many paralyzed and lame persons were healed;

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone forth into the world.

and to another, workings of mighty deeds; and to another, prophecy; and to another, discerning of spirits; to another, various kinds of tongues; and to another, interpretation of tongues.

In this ye know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ hath come in flesh is of God; and every spirit that confesses not Jesus is not of God; and this is the spirit of the Anti-Christ, of which ye have heard that it is coming, and now it is in the world already. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He Who is in you, than he that is in the world.read more.
They are of the world; for this cause they speak of the world, and the world hears them. We are of God; he that knows God hears us; he that is not of God hears us not: from this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

and ye have been made complete in Him, Who is the Head of all principality and power;
