[In order] for your trust to be in Yahweh, I have made [them] known to you {today}--even you.

The wealth of the rich [is] the city of his strength; the ruin of the poor [is] their poverty.
O my God, I trust you; let me not be put to shame. Do not let my enemies exult over me.

Do not trust in {the deceitful words}, {saying}, 'The temple of Yahweh, the temple of Yahweh, they [are] the temple of Yahweh.'
"The one who [is] faithful in very little is also faithful in much, and the one who [is] dishonest in very little is also dishonest in much.
She said to her husband, "Please now, I know that he [is] a holy man of God who is passing {our way} regularly; let us make a small enclosed room [upstairs] and put a bed, table, chair, and lampstand there for him, so that when he comes to us, he can turn and stay there.
Even {my close friend}, whom I trusted, [who] ate my bread, has lifted [his] heel against me.
And those who know your name will trust in you, for you do not forsake those [who] seek you, O Yahweh.
Those who trust in Yahweh [are] like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, [but] abides forever.

And again I say to you, it is easier [for] a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich person into the kingdom of God." But Jesus looked at [them] [and] said to them, "With human beings this is impossible, but with God all [things] [are] possible."
And Jesus looked around [and] said to his disciples, "How {difficult it is for} those who possess wealth to enter into the kingdom of God!" And the disciples were astounded at his words. But Jesus answered [and] said to them again, "Children, how difficult it is to enter into the kingdom of God! It is easier [for] a camel to go through the eye of a needle than [for] a rich person to enter into the kingdom of God." read more.
And they were very astounded, saying to one another, "And who can be saved?" Jesus looked at them [and] said, "With human beings [it is] impossible, but not with God. For all [things] [are] possible with God."

The faithful [person] has perished from the land, and there is none who is upright among humankind. All of them lie in wait; each hunts his brother [with] a net.
