'Post' in the Bible

He will assume his post and shepherd the people by the Lord's strength, by the sovereign authority of the Lord his God. They will live securely, for at that time he will be honored even in the distant regions of the earth.
The best of them is like a briar,The most upright like a thorn hedge.The day when you post your watchmen,Your punishment will come.Then their confusion will occur.
I will stand at my guard postand station myself on the lookout tower.I will watch to see what He will say to meand what I should reply about my complaint.
