History

Eevee being picked to be Chloe's first Pokémon

Eevee first appeared in To Train, or Not to Train!, where she was seen at the Vermilion City Eevee Evolution Lab. She attempted to get along with Sylveon and Vaporeon by imitating them as they walked along but failed. Later the lab assistants attempted to use a Fire and a Thunder Stone to make her evolve, but that was unsuccessful. Later, Eevee spotted Yamper walking past the Research Center and went after him. Shortly after, the lab assistants went to get Eevee back and Yamper mistakenly thought they were trying to capture Eevee, so he took her to Chloe's school for help.

Chloe found Yamper and Eevee and helped hide her from the lab assistants with help from Goh, only to come across Team Rocket who had stolen other Pokémon at the school. Eevee teamed up with Yamper to fight Team Rocket's Pelipper and was able to send them blasting off. Later, the mix up was cleared and the lab assistants were taking Eevee back to the Laboratory when Eevee decided she wanted to stay with Chloe. Goh gave Chloe one of his Poké Balls which she used to catch her. Soon after, Professor Cerise gave Chloe a Rotom Phone.

In A Pinch of This, a Pinch of That!, Eevee went with Chloe to the Galar region, arriving there Eevee starts playing with Pikachu. However, when she bumped into a wild Boldore, the Rock-type Pokémon went on a rampage and attacked her, prompting Goh to use Cinderace to defeat and catch it. Eevee later helped Chloe to search and dug up some fossils. When a newly awakened Arctozolt begun to go into a rage, Eevee saved Chloe from an Icy Wind attack. At the end of her trip with Chloe, Eevee was seen in her room and ended up falling asleep while Chloe wrote a report about the day she had with Ash and Goh.

Eevee and Chloe

In The Tale of You and Glimwood Tangle!, Eevee accompanied Chloe back to Galar, where they encountered an Galarian Rapidash that was injured. With helped from a Galarian Ponyta, they went in search of a flower that would help to heal it, only to run into a trio of Impidimp who stole Chloe's backpack. Eevee fought to get it back, eventually getting into a fight with Bluk Berries. When the Impidimp returned the backpack, they found the flower and Eevee teamed up with Ponyta to heal Rapidash.

In On Land, In the Sea, and to the Future!, Chloe entered Eevee in the Kids Marine Athletic Race. As they neared the finish line, Eevee spotted Goh's Dewgong battling a Huntail and went over to it, causing them and Chloe to be trapped in a cave by the Huntail. With Ash and Goh's help, they were rescued, after which Eevee proceeded to help Kiley's Vaporeon to defeat the Huntail. Later, Kiley gave Chloe a Water Stone, but Eevee decided not to use it yet.

Eevee and Chloe joining forces with Piplup and Dawn

In Errand Endurance!, Goh and Chloe got into an argument about whether Grookey or Eevee was better. Ash suggested they should solve the argument by having Grookey and Eevee deliver supplements to the Cerise Laboratory. During the errand, Eevee proved to be more responsible than Grookey, making sure they could cross a road safely and picking up the supplements dropped by Grookey. Eventually, Eevee was the first Pokémon back at the laboratory.

In Nightfall? Nightmares!, Eevee traveled with Chloe to Sinnoh. During the trip, Eevee showed a bit of interest in Pokémon Contests, which led to Chloe deciding to head to Eterna City. Along the way, Eevee and Chloe decided to camp out in a forest and ended up meeting Dawn and Piplup. Overnight, Eevee ended up quickly befriending the Penguin Pokémon. The next day, in the middle of an argument between Dawn and Chloe, a wild Rhydon appeared on their path and attacked them. During the battle, Eevee managed to defeat Rhydon after copying Piplup's Bubble Beam.

Eevee with Serena's Sylveon

In Showdown at the Gates of Warp!, Eevee was reverted into an Egg as a result of a clash between Dialga and Palkia distorting time. After Arceus stopped the fight between Dialga and Palkia, the Temporal and Spatial Pokémon repaired the distortions their fighting had caused and restored all the devolved Pokémon back to normal.

In Reuniting for the First Time!, Chloe and Eevee visited Lilycove City in the hopes of meeting a Sylveon, only to be scouted by Lisia to appear in a Pokémon Contest Spectacular. After some encouragment from Serena and her Sylveon, Chloe and Eevee entered into a Normal Rank Contest Spectacular, where Eevee used a combination of Copycat, Sylveon's Fairy Wind, and Tackle, and was well received.

In Infinite Possibilities!, Chloe and Eevee returned to the Eevee Evolution Lab for a brief checkup, after Chloe reflected on their adventures together thus far. Afterward, Eevee joined Chloe and her family on a camping trip. At night, Eevee witnessed a Clefairy evolution ceremony alongside them, and used Copycat to use Psychic alongside the leader Clefable in order to protect the Clefairy from an onslaught of attacking Golbat.

From A Flood of Torrential Gains! to Partners in Time!, Eevee joined Chloe as the latter headed to Galar to cheer for Ash in his battle against Leon, alongside Dawn and Piplup. Dawn gave Eevee a cheerleader outfit so that Eevee could cheer alongside Piplup, and the two did so throughout the battle.

In This Could be the Start of Something Big!, Chloe and Eevee become new Research Fellows for the Cerise Lab after Ash and Goh formally left the position to go on their own journeys in hopes of pursuing their dreams. The two continued to have adventures and explore the world on weekends when Chloe did not attend school.

Personality and characteristics

Eevee imitating Yamper

Eevee is playful and has the habit of imitating the movement of other Pokémon as well as her Trainer, Chloe. This can sometimes get her into trouble, like in her debut episode, where she ended up wandering away from her home while trying to imitate Yamper. In Memories of a Warming Kindness!, she was not frightened by Ash's Gengar's antics, instead imitating it and acting like it was a kind of game, which took Gengar by surprise.

Eevee is incapable of evolving for an unknown reason. When the head of the Eevee Evolution Lab suggested Eevee was hesitant about the important decision, Chloe appeared to empathize with her.
