The affordable housing lottery is open for Archer Green, a 23-story mixed-use development at 92-23 168th Street in Jamaica, Queens. Designed by Edelman Sultan Knox Wood Architects and developed by Omni New York, the 552,156-square-foot building will yield 387 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Twin Two-Story, Two-Family Houses Coming To 5304 Amboy Road, Huguenot, Staten Island

Staten Island-based Javco Group Construction has filed applications for twin two-story, two-family residential buildings at 5304-5308 Amboy Road, in Huguenot, along Staten Island’s South Shore. The buildings will each measure 3,812 square feet and, across both, their full-floor residential units should average 1,178 square feet apiece. That means family-sized apartments are likely in the works. Each structure will also come with a 200-square-foot, single-car garage. James V. Morri’s Staten Island-based JVM Architect is the architect of record. The 75-foot-wide, 9,375-square-foot property was occupied by a two-story house until that structure was demolished over the summer.
