Construction has topped out on 758-760 Metropolitan Avenue, a six-story mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by New York Design Architects, LLP for Brooklyn Boyz Developers LLC, the 70-foot-tall structure will yield ten residential units with an average scope of 860 square feet, as well as 4,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a 35-foot-long rear yard.
