Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Dubbed Lefferts Place Mews, a slew of three-story. townhouse-style buildings are getting their finishing touches at 76-96 Lefferts Place, in southern Clinton Hill, a block from the Franklin Avenue stop on the C train.
