The blue bandana and eyepatches is a piece of clothing that is worn in the helmet slot. It can be made by taking a pirate bandana (blue) and double eyepatches to Patchy on Mos Le'Harmless and paying him 500 coins to sew them together. He will also remove them from each other for 600 coins.
