Durzag's helmet is a drop from Beastmaster Durzag that can be inspected to unlock the Diddyzag pet, destroying the item in the process.

Unlike normal loot from Durzag, the helmet is immediately added to the inventory upon Durzag's death. If the raid is left without collecting the helmet (including being kicked), it will be added to your inventory shortly after. Obtaining the helmet triggers a server-wide broadcast.

It can be obtained if the player dies and the rest of their team completes the kill.

The helmet follows the boss pet threshold system, with a drop chance of 1/300 and a threshold of 60. It can be obtained from non-loot kills. The helmet does not show on the player's Adventure Log.
