The elemental body is a piece of armour that can be made after completion of Elemental Workshop III. It is similar to the elemental shield and elemental helmet which can be made after completing the two previous instalments in the quest line. Only the first Elemental Workshop quest is required to wield the elemental metal body.

An elemental body can be created by smithing two elemental bars on the anvil in the Elemental Workshop, provided the player has completed Elemental Workshop III. It, along with the body, mind, chaos, and cosmic bodies are the only chest equipment to show an animation when equipped.
