Treadmill is a scenery object found outside the door to the hairdresser's salon in Falador. His pet chinchompa, Ridgeley, is running on the treadmill, powering the pole outside the building.

Ridgeley must be fed cheese in order to complete the Easy Falador achievement Chinchompa Powered!. Feeding Ridgeley cheese will produce an in-game message which reads You throw the cheese to Ridgeley, for which he appears grateful.; attempting to use any other item on him will result in Ridgeley ignores you. Perhaps some cheese might get his attention.

Trivia

• In the Postbag from the Hedge #27 the hairdresser responds to accusations of exploiting Ridgeley to power the shop sing by including sketches of him relaxing on a day off, while also explaining that during his time off he is replaced by another chinchompa named Michael, with the current one being Michael #17 as none of the previous ones had enough stamina to work long before exploding. He also says that Ridgeley eats Wyson the gardener's woad leaves during his breaks.
• In the Postbag from the Hedge #38 it is revealed that he is a member of the F.U.R.R.Y. charity (registered number 1337) as well as suggested that he is Guthixian.
• Unlike other chinchompas he does not eat spicy tomatoes. It may be because originally he was a rat.
