Herquin is a well-off gemstone merchant who owns the shop Herquin's Gems in the city of Falador. He can be found in his shop south of the western Falador bank. Players can sell uncut sapphires, uncut emeralds, uncut rubies, uncut diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and diamonds to him. He was also involved with 2009's Cryptic Clue Fest, and was required to talk to for the event.
