Sabeil was one of the people observing the fights at the Duel Arena. Like all of the Duel Arena spectators, when spoken to he claimed that his favourite fighter was Mubariz, that his fifteen year old son recently won his first fight in the arena, that he had a problem with vampyres back home that he wanted to recruit duellists to deal with, and that he once duelled a man from Entrana who wielded a katana made of banana.

During the Oasis Restoration event, it was possible to rescue him from under the rubble, after which he teleported away.
