Fadli is a banker found in a small tent immediately north-east of Het's Oasis, along with two bank chests.

He is also the owner of the Shop of Distaste, which sells rotten tomatoes for 1 coin each, which can be thrown at other players.

He considers himself the best warrior in Al Kharid.

Trivia

• Fadli (فضلي) is an Arabic name meaning "one's credit" as in 'taking credit for an action'.
• If a player is standing a few squares away from him or at a corner, Fadli will initiate the generic banker dialogue instead. He will also inform the player of their Grand Exchange offers like a regular banker.
