A seed dibber is used in the Farming skill to enable a player to plant seeds in farming patches.

A seed dibber is automatically stored in the tool belt. They may be purchased from any of the farming shops located around RuneScape, from the Grand Exchange and an unlimited number can be acquired from a tool store (5) in a player-owned house. There is also a spawn in the Western ruins in the Wilderness. To save inventory space, one may be "stored" with the Tool Leprechauns that attend to farming patches.

They are used in the quests: Forgettable Tale of a Drunken Dwarf, Spirit of Summer, My Arms Big Adventure and A Tail of Two Cats.
