Walter Fairweather is the husband of Gertrude Fairweather and father of Wilough, Shilop, Kanel, and Philop Fairweather. Walter is a resident of Varrock, the capital city of Misthalin, but has not visited it for the last year.
Walter is mentioned in the Varrock Census of the Year 160, Fifth Age, as being a travelling merchant, explaining his long absence from the city.
