Celebrity cook Rachael Ray has made a heartbreaking admission about her friendships - revealing that she's only been asked once to be part of someone's wedding party that wasn't her own family member.
Ray, 56, opened up about her personal life during a new episode of her podcast, I'll Sleep When I'm Dead.
During this episode, she chatted with Food Network star Anne Burrell, who, coincidentally, was the friend she spoke about as she told her story.
Ray revealed that Burrell, 55, was the only friend who wasn't her sister who had asked her to be in her wedding.
'I have to say, Anne, my own sister has been married a few times, and I only got to be in one of her weddings,' the star admitted during the episode.
'The only person who ever asked me to be in their wedding other than my family member was you,' she said to Burrell.
'It made me burst into tears, I was so honored to be there, it was so much fun and it was so freakin' cold.'
The occasion only took place a couple of years ago, as Burrell got married in October 2021.

Burrell wed Stuart Claxton, who she met on the dating app Bumble, just two years prior, in 2018, according to People.
Ray served as a bridesmaid while the two wed in a romantic ceremony at RedBarn20 at Windridge Estate, located in Cazenovia, New York, where Burrell is from.
In theme with the season, the Rachael Ray Show star wore a burnt orange bridesmaid dress that featured off-the-shoulder detailing at the neck.
During the podcast episode, the two continued to reminisce on the magical fall day.
'My husband is English, and I swear, he willed that to happen, that misty, English, you know, the moors or something,' Burrell said during the episode in conversation with Ray.
'That weekend, the second I left for the rehearsal dinner it started raining, and did not stop until the second the brunch was over on Sunday,' she continued.
But despite the weather, Burrell and Ray admitted that the wedding was 'so much fun' - with Ray even joking that it may have 'topped' her own special day when she married husband John M. Cusimano.
Their trip down memory lane comes just a few weeks after Ray sparked health concerns among her fanbase earlier this Fall.

Their trip down memory lane comes just a few weeks after Ray sparked health concerns among her fanbase earlier this Fall after posting a video cooking Ossobucco
She caused some worry after posting a video which appeared to show her slurring her speech.
The video was a preview from her new show, Rachael Ray in Tuscany, and showed her cooking Ossobuco while paying tribute to the late Tony Bennett.
At the time, her rep told TMZ that she had 'no comment' about the matter.
After some viewers shared their concern, Ray admitted during the premiere of her podcast last week that she's suffered 'a couple of bad falls' recently.
The celebrity chef shared that she enjoys doing 'physical labor' around the house but has had to cut back on certain tasks lately because she took 'a couple of bad falls' while carrying wood.
Speaking clearly and cheerfully, Ray said: 'I'm a homemaker. I love chores. I love being in the kitchen. I always work with my brain everyday, I'm always writing something, but I really like chores.'
She continued: 'I like what people consider physical work. I like making dinner, planning dinners, making lists. I love physical labor, helping carry in the wood.'
Ray then noted, 'I've had a couple of bad falls in the last couple of weeks, so I haven't been doing that in awhile, but I love carrying wood.'
