Sarah said: ‘I went to Manchester to see it and it is so great for young people to learn how to become a mammographer, or a radiographer or imagining it’s a career move.
'It all over the NHS, so it's not just Manchester, the academy will teach these people, and what an opportunity to be able to save lives.’
Speaking about visiting Coronation Street set Sarah said she was embarrassed when she forgot it was just a set.
She said: ‘I walked down the cobbles, I was so embarrassing, I was just so excited, I went to the door of the rovers and I thought I’m going in and they explained no that’s just the set.’
It's not the first time Sarah revealed she was desperate to land a role on Bridgerton.
In June, she revealed she turned down I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! 'hundreds of times' but is up for Bridgerton.

'I've been asked to go on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! Hundreds of times, and the answer is always no. I'm sure it's lovely for lots of people but not for me!
The royal also pitched herself to Coronation Street executives, perhaps getting one step closer to reigniting her television star era.
