A mom who was arrested at a car wash following an altercation over $10 worth of wipes screamed out, 'help me, I'm black' as cops slapped handcuffs on her.

Erica LeMieux, 46, was accused of stealing the items from the Clean Express Auto Wash in Elyria last year, with bodycam footage of the incident emerging this week.

Staff called the police after the mom allegedly became aggressive and cursed at an employee.

When officers arrived, they attempted to reason with LeMieux and asked her to leave.

However, the mom refused and a struggle ensued which resulted in her arrest.

Bodycam footage shows the police talking to the car wash staff who said they gave LeMieux six packets of complimentary wipes before she demanded more.

When they refused she allegedly snatched some up and headed out without paying.

As the police approached, LeMieux could be seen vacuuming her car and barely looked up as they tried to talk to her.

After the staff confirm they do not want to press charges, a female officer informs LeMieux that she has to leave the premises or will be arrested for trespassing.

When she refuses and states she is not trespassing, the officer informs her that her car wash subscription has been cancelled.

'They can't do that without notice,' the incredulous woman states. 'I just purchased a wash so unless they are going to refund me my money right now...'

The officer again asks her to leave and explains the situation but LeMieux refuses to budge and starts to get into her car.

At this point the officers inform her she is under arrest and begin trying to place handcuffs on her.

'Don't touch me, I am not under arrest!' LeMieux yells as she begins to struggle and scream.

As they continue to grapple she cries, 'Help me, I'm black and they're hurting me. I'm black. Stop pulling on me!'

The officer warns her to comply or she will have to use her taser but the woman keeps yelling and squirming.

She goes to the ground and continues screaming, 'help me' as they continue to struggle.

Eventually they manage to handcuff her and she begins complaining they are hurting her wrist.

'I have carpal tunnel,' she sulks as they place her into the back of the police car and she insists she was not resisting arrest.

LeMieux then starts worrying that her things will be stolen and tells the cops she has to pick up her daughter from school.

'You're leaving my minor abandoned, she is waiting for me to pick her up,' LeMieux protests. 'My stuff is exposed!'

'Well, we'll lock it up for ya,' the officer replies before slamming the door shut.

The video shows LeMieux continue to complain all the way to the Lorain County Jail.

Once there, she further annoys deputies by taking a phone call from her daughter's school on her Apple Watch.

LeMieux suggests the officers' lack of concern towards her daughter is callous and takes no responsibility for the behavior that landed her in trouble.

They are forced to tell the woman on the other end of the line to hang up so they can finally book her into the jail.

She was charged with criminal trespass, obstructing official business and resisting arrest of the April 9 incident.
