The Arizona Cardinals cheerleaders have gone viral after revealing their grueling gameday schedules in a resurfaced video.
Prior to a home game this season, the official Instagram account of Arizona's cheerleaders asked several of them what time they set their alarms for a 1pm kickoff.
Incredibly, some chose to wake up nearly 10 hours before the game, with one cheerleader revealing she woke up at 3:15 for the contest.
Others named similarly early times, with the latest riser still getting up at 4:30 in the morning.
The video, posted on October 20, resurfaced on Wednesday on X and has received five million views at the time of writing.

Even the later risers among the cheerleaders were getting up at 4:30am ahead of kickoff
While many fans were befuddled at the early wake-ups of the cheerleaders, a later clip published by the Cardinals cheerleaders' Instagram provided some further detail on what their days look like.
As documented in the clip, cheerleaders are required to arrive at the team's facility at 9am before beginning practice at 9:05.
Hair and makeup are then done between 10 and 10:30, with the cheerleaders then making several appearances around the stadium grounds over the next few hours until kickoff.
Last month, the Cardinals' cheerleaders also found themselves in the news when they were removed from the sidelines during the team's game vs. the Chargers.

The team explained in a statement that cheerleaders were relocated to allow for better sightlines and reduce sideline congestion following the addition of new field-level seating this season.
'This has included certain aspects of our game entertainment group - like the cheerleaders and flag runners - only being on the field when performing,' read the statement provided to DailyMail.com. 'We will continue to evaluate these areas throughout the season to provide the cleanest and safest environment for everyone.'
According to Fox 10 Phoenix, those cheerleaders were relocated to their own locker rooms and away from their admiring fans. Furthermore, with few exceptions, cheerleader performances were limited to halftime and the breaks between quarters.
