Tom Cruise is seen with his agent Maha Dakhil as they arrive in London in his helicopter - a year after she took temporary leave from CAA board over post accusing Israel of genocide

Tom Cruise was seen with his agent Maha Dakhil as they arrived together in London in his helicopter on Sunday.

It comes almost a year after the A-list Hollywood agent stepped down from her leadership roles at the Creative Artists Agency for sharing a social media post accusing Israel of genocide.

Maha, 49, resigned from her role at the internal board of CAA after she shared the inflammatory post on Instagram amid the Israel and Hamas conflict.

Despite this she still manages Tom, 62, and she has joined him on his most recent trip to London where they arrived at Battersea heliport in style.

The trained pilot looked in great spirits as arrived on the capital, as did Maha, as the pair strolled with their arms around one another.

The controversial agent who also represents major stars including Dakota Johnson, Madonna and Natalie Portman offered to resign from the board of CAA at the end of last year after the Instagram post.

The agent, who is half Libyan, shared a post on her Instagram stories from an account that goes by FreePalestine and shared its take on the October 7 attacks on Israel. The post partly read: 'You're learning who supports genocide.'

'That's the line for me,' Dakhil wrote alongside the post.

'What's more heartbreaking than witnessing genocide? Witnessing the denial that genocide is happening,' Dakhil wrote in a second Instagram post.

A source told The Ankler that Dakhil tried to organize a meeting with some of her Jewish colleagues to further explain and apologize, but several of the co-workers were so furious they refused to attend, an allegation that has since been refuted.

The agency confirmed that she also stepped down from her position as co-head of the motion picture department. Since then however she has been promoted to Managing Director of the agency.

Dakhil deleted the messages shortly after posting them and apologized in a statement to Variety, saying: 'I made a mistake with a repost in my Instagram Story, which used hurtful language.

'Like so many of us, I have been reeling with heartbreak. I pride myself on being on the side of humanity and peace.

'I'm so grateful to Jewish friends and colleagues who pointed out the implications and further educated me. I immediately took the repost down. I'm sorry for the pain I have caused.'

But the posts had made their way around the Hollywood community, Variety reported, and many of her colleagues at CAA were reportedly 'offended and saddened.'

Dakhil addressed her comments again on Instagram, writing: 'Choice of words is important. Dialogue is healing. As each excruciating day passes, I'm listening and learning more from my friends. Thank you.

'I'm holding all our families in my prayers … I am grieving for everyone who is suffering right now. I continue to mourn all innocent lives. My mission is peace.'

CAA, arguably the most powerful agency in Hollywood, issued its own statement supporting Israel after the October 7 attacks.

The company said it 'stands with the people of Israel, the Jewish community, and all innocent victims in the face of horrific acts of terrorism. For those with family, friends, or loved ones living in or connected to Israel and the region, our thoughts are with you. We wish for peace for all people.'

Dakhil also works as an agent for Madonna, Anne Hathaway and Steven Spielberg, and signed former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama's production company Higher Ground.
