He told fans tickets for his postponed shows would be transferred to a January date or refunded.
Jake continued: 'Thank you for your patience & understanding. Here's to the future of Nepo babies.'

As well as Jake, the Loose Women panellist shares 35-year-old Shane Jr with her ex Shane Richie. She is also a mum to Ciara, 23, who she shares with her second husband Ray Fensome.
As the son of Coleen and EastEnders' Shane Richie he was destined to enter the showbiz world.
Yet in August this year Jake spoke out about how his public fall from grace, going from scoring a number one hit and touring with mega star Ed Sheeran to 'losing it all' and having to move into his mother's garage.
Speaking to The Times he revealed how he bagged a record deal as the face of pop-rock band Rixton, partied with Justin Bieber and was engaged to Little Mix star Jesy Nelson before his whole world was 'blown to smithereens'.

The once-famous singer was then forced to sign on for benefits and move back to his childhood home and admitted he felt like a failure.
Jake explained: 'It's your classic story of a teen pop star who gets it all and loses it all… [I had] an existential crisis at the end of my twenties…'
He continued: 'I'd never experienced failure in my whole life. Every audition I would go to I would get. It blew me to smithereens…'
Jake started his career by following in his father's footsteps - landing roles in Coronation Street and Emmerdale.
He later showed an interest in his mother's side of the industry and launched his music career.
Jake had the world at his feet in 2014 after landing a record deal and supporting the likes of Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato on their world tours.
But despite his hit single Me and My Broken Heart reaching number one in the charts, touring and even living with Ed Sheeran, his success was not to last.
He tried to convince his family it was a hiccup but the reality was that after six years of back to back bookings, interest in him had dried up.
His singer was hit again after his relationship with Jesy broke down in 2016.
The couple, who had been engaged, parted ways, resulting in Jake moving in with another pop star.
He said: 'I broke up with Jesy and moved into Ed Sheeran's house … I think he [Ed] just was just like, 'I'm a bit worried about this dude,'
'A lot of people go to a beach in Thailand and drop acid - I just happened to do it in Ed Sheeran's back garden… '
Jake was in pop-rock band Rixton (L- R) Jake, Charley Bagnall, Lewi Morgan and Danny Wilkin at the Pride of Britain awards in 2015
Jake has admitted feeling guilty about his position and not making a success out of his band especially considering his showbiz pedigree.
When a fan recognised him in a bar in 2022, he admitted that he was living on Universal credit in his mother's garage and said: 'I'm a failure'.
However, the fan reassured him that he wasn't a failure, telling him: 'Everyone goes through hardships in life and you will get through yours'.
Over the summer he was attempting to kickstart his career by taking his 'autobiographical musical', Neporrhoids! to the Edinburgh Fringe which detailed his 'journey from Universal Music to Universal Credit'.
