Wynonna Judd's daughter Grace Kelley in wild rant to cops after she 'stole church van during heroin-fueled rampage'

Wynonna Judd's daughter has been accused of stealing a pastor's van in a 'heroin-fueled' rampage before telling police she sold her soul to the devil during her latest run-in with the law

Grace Kelley, 28, was arrested on October 27 for allegedly stealing a $3,800 van from Kent Hart, 31, leader of the Ground Zero Church of the Nazarene in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The country singer's child, who herself has a two-year-old daughter, faces seven charges, including three counts of felony and grand larceny and driving without a license, Albemarle County Police told DailyMail.com.

She is also accused of destruction of property with intent, failure to use headlights and setting in motion a vehicle with intent to commit a crime, the department said.

Hart described the moment he allegedly saw Kelley take his van and trailer from the front of his home on a rural cul-de-sac while he was in the kitchen with his family on the Sunday evening.

'I'm talking to my daughter and I look out the window and I see the van leaving my house,' Hart told The Daily Progress

The pastor chased Kelley down in his Chevrolet Yukon and boxed her in, forcing her to stop by the edge of Rolling Road.

'I'm like, "You stole my van, get out of my van," (while) beating on the door,' he said. 'And at this point, I see her very clearly. I saw her buzz cut and face tattoo.'

'It looked to me like she could have been high, like she didn't really seem like she was completely in her right mind,' he added.

Hart said Kelley drove off towards Virginia Route 20, until Albemarle police officer Corey Legg brought her to a stop around four miles away at Massie Branch Lane.

Legg wrote in a report that Kelley told police 'she had sold her soul to the devil' and that a male suspect had 'exited the driver seat and ran into the woods'.

'I advised the jail staff that she may have taken something,' he wrote, per The Daily Progress.

'I was later informed that the jail staff observed something inside of Ms Kelley during her body scan.'

Legg said Kelley tested positive for heroin during tests at the University of Virginia Medical Center later that evening.

Hart launched a GoFundMe page to recoup the costs of the vehicle, which he said is needed to transport congregation members and equipment to Sunday services.

'The van was damaged during the theft and after being inspected by a body shop, the insurance has determined it to be a total loss,' he wrote.

'The van was only valued at $3,800 and after the body shop fees and deductible we are only left with around $2,200.

'We are a small church and cannot afford to buy another van in the current market.'

Despite the heavy blow to the community, Hart said he does not harbor any hard feelings toward Kelley.

'We want the community to know that on a personal level, we have forgiven Grace Kelley,' he wrote, while quoting a passage from the Bible.

'The Sunday following the theft, we turned off our livestream and held a special prayer service in which we began to pray for Grace and her family,' he added.

'We have continued to pray for her reconciliation, rehabilitation and redemption every Sunday.

'We pray that Grace will face the God given consequences for her actions and that these consequences will be a means of grace that aid in her recovery and redemption.

'If the opportunity arises to be a part of her redemptive process we would love to be a part of it in whatever way we can.

'We hold no animosity towards Grace and we hope and pray the best for her and her family.'
