Blake Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds tower over Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo at Wicked screening

Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds towered over Wicked star Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo at a special screening of the musical film.

While taking a group photo, the power couple was easily a head taller than the musical superstars as they stood on either side of the duo at the Metrograph in New York City on Tuesday.

The 5ft10in superstar and her 6ft2in husband stood on either side of the petite powerhouses, who both measure at 5ft1in.

Blake's Wizard of Oz themed footwear further emphasized the height discrepancy - she wore a glittering pair of ruby red platform heels.

The star, 37, beamed with happiness as she posed to the right of Cynthia, 37, with her arm gently wrapped around the singer's shoulders.

The height difference was particularly pronounced between Ryan, 48, and Ariana, 31, with the Deadpool star standing a good foot taller than the singer.

Blake donned a white floral print shirt beneath a crisp blazer along with rolled-up jeans and a daisy adorned Chanel purse.

Her husband sported head-to-toe beige with a button down top and matching slacks.

The four superstars have had a particularly busy year with all four releasing massive films.

On top of Ariana and Cynthia's Wicked film, Ryan released Deadpool & Wolverine (which included a cameo from his wife) while Blake starred in It Ends With Us, but she came under controversy over her promotion of the movie.

The highly anticipated film is based on the 1995 book by Gregory Maguire that was later turned into a three-time Tony Award-winning Broadway musical in 2003.

Directed by Jon M. Chu with an eye-popping budget of $145 million, Wicked is split into two feature-length films, with the final chapter slated for November 2025.

Critics have called Wicked: Part One a 'masterpiece' that 'pops and enchants on the big screen' as audiences are welcomed to the fantastical world of Oz and it has been a huge box office success.

The film's leads Ariana and Cynthia, who play witches Glinda and Elphaba, respectively, are receiving high praise for their jaw-dropping vocals and onscreen chemistry.

Ariana and Cynthia have also been turning heads with their bizarre interviews done in promotion of Wicked - and recently yet another cringeworthy moment has caught fans' attention.

In another bizarre clip, which went viral on X, formerly known as Twitter, Cynthia broke down in tears over wearing her character Elphaba's green makeup on set.

The two women sat down with a reporter for Pink News last week to promote their highly-anticipated movie adaptation of the beloved Broadway musical.

During the interview, Cynthia appeared visually emotional as she explained that removing the green makeup everyday made her feel more comfortable in her own appearance.

The clip showed Ariana, who also appeared emotional over the comment, clutching Cynthia's hand and breathlessly praising her beauty.

Film fans had a lot to say about the clip, with some joking the interview looked like 'an emotional support group', while others said the uncomfortable press tour has turned them off going to see the movie.
