Great story. I love that there relationship didn’t just start as sexual attraction and make Jake come off as a perv. No, things slowly built between them and you could tell they had feelings for each other from the get go.
The only thing I didn’t love was the period of time they were separated from each other before the HEA. I only got over it because 1) It was forced on them 2) They remained devoted to each other and 3) The rest of the book was fantastic.
Highly recommend!

I absolutely love a Jessa Kane stalker book! I was so excited to see this new one. But be forewarned, this one gets dark. Like heavy breath play, “I just might actually kill you” dark. I happen to be okay with that but if you’re not, then perhaps this one isn’t for you.
I liked that Scout did make him pay some (in her own way) when she found out Cash was her stalker. There’s nothing I hate more when a girl finds out the guy she’s been seeing has been stalking her and she’s just like, “oh, okay.”
I wasn’t expecting to like this story as much as I did. There was some nice pull and push and I need me some conflict so I wasUnexpectedly emotional.

I wasn’t expecting this little novella to make me cry! The stuff about her dead brother/his dead best friend was so well done and so touching it made me totally tear up. Twice.

I really love this series. Not just because every book has a crazy, obsessed, OTT possessive alpha but also because the entire book (excluding the epilogue) is told from the heroes POV.
Rush met faith when she was only seventeen but that didn’t stop him from realizing she was the one for him, he just had to be patient. You know, if patient is stalking, surveilling, and arranging accidental run ins with her.
It did like the extra little story line of him having to help with the earthquake and subsequent tsunami.

This is my second Evie Rose book. I was so impressed with The Baby Project (if you haven’t read it you should) that I had to check out more of her stuff. I’m so happy I loved this one too.
I’m not a big mafia romance person and it seems that is what she mostly writes but she somehow makes it palatable for me. So far the heroes haven’t been this mean, bully ones I’ve come across and they aren’t laden too heavily in mafia stuff.
I love how she writes their her heroes and their inner dialogues. James was amazing and I’m ready to drive up to Scotland and find him myself. ...more

I’m not one for mafia romances but that didn’t play a huge part in this one and Rhys didn’t have the attitude a cruelty that a generally dislike from mafia bosses. So hopefully the rest of her books will be just as good. Looking forward to adding some of her stuff to my TBR. ...more

I liked the concept, I liked the dirty talk. For the most part, I liked the book overall. I was just totally confused by their conversation after she showed up pretending to be his fiancé. It was just kind of weird and didn’t make sense to me. Maybe I’m just too tired tonight but it went around in circles and touched on weird things that I didn’t understand and didn’t matter. Other than that it was good. ...more
I thought this was cute. I wish it was a little longer, I thought it ended rather abruptly. It was steamy but I question the choice to Love in Paris.
I thought this was cute. I wish it was a little longer, I thought it ended rather abruptly. It was steamy but I question the choice to put a super long smex DREAM in the middle of the story. Yes it was steamy but it had me skimming because I knew it didn’t really happen and I wanted to get on with the story. ...more

I liked this read but not as much as Coral’s story. I enjoyed that Eli could tell immediately, even over the phone, that Billie and Coral weren’t the same person. My favorite steamy scene was definitely the first one with Billie on her knees in the library because of how forceful he was. It was a fun read but won’t hit my reread shelf. ...more

I’m not big on books that involve modeling or the modeling industry, no hate, they just don’t interest me (like books about boxers) but I really enjoyed this one. I think it was mostly because of Archer. I enjoyed his character quite a bit. His inner dialogue was possessive and sexy. This book also did a really good job of making me want to read the next one ASAP so I can find out what happened with Billie and the billionaire. ...more

A PI takes a job but ends up stumbling upon his obsession. I enjoyed this grey (not light, not dark) stalker read. I liked that basically from the moment he met Jocelyn face to face he basically admitted the stuff he knew about her.
I thought it was a little weird she just expected it and then was super surprised to find out he was stalking her. Uh, girl. He said he was a bad man and he knew a ton of stuff about you. Connect the dots.
My favorite was the hundreds of pics of her he had plastered around his dark room.
I wish the dark spot was something that happened with their relationship instead of something outside it but that’s just always my preference. ...more
I really enjoyed this student teacher read. But the description was a little misleading. He never says a girl like her Great but a little misleading.
I really enjoyed this student teacher read. But the description was a little misleading. He never says a girl like her couldn’t handle him. I mean, I’m happy about it because it made him sound like a jerk but it definitely never happened. Also, him popping up all over campus teasing her didn’t really happen either.
The only thing that was accurate was the “movie” and the date. Otherwise it’s just the story of a well endowed teacher smitten with his student. Her not being sure where they stand and worried about the consequences.
Typical trope stuff but I think it made it a better book than the blurb described. ...more

I love the student teacher trope but don’t expect much plot on this one. I’d say it’s probably about 75% smut (I mean it was HOT but that’s what it was). I guess I should never assume what I’m going to get with SE Law. Im a sucker for the “my best friend’s dad” trope and picked this up assuming it would be mostly filthy smex, because that’s what I usually get from SE.
Instead I got a fully fleshed out story with great characters and an interesting plot. I think there were only one or two steamy scenes and I was totally okay with that because I loved the story so much.
There were times I wanted to cry right along with Kara. I could totally feel her pain. I loved how devastated Rick was at losing her.

Is there anything better than a billionaire cowboy? Bunny doesn’t think so. I nice alpha read with a suspense twist. I was honestly expecting Jameson to be a virgin, what with all the talk about him having no exs, never bringing anyone home, and just sounding like he wasn’t interested in women in general. I was surprised when he wasn’t. That’s okay, you know I’m just a sucker for a virgin hero. ...more

Ash was a bully when he first met Harper but that was only because he fell in instalove with her and was trying to protect her from all the bad things in his life that could threaten her. Well, now he’s back and wants to be her Daddy and breed her in true Jaye Diamond fashion.
Luckily you only get a glimpse of the old bully stuff because I hate that. I think Harper should have made him suffer longer but you know that’s always my complaint.
