Thus this was the third and last part of 'Autobiography of a Donkey' and very serious one. Here the playful donkey get captured in the vulnerable part of NEFA (Noth east frontier agency). Though the first half of book was very hilarious where Donkey was reared by a rich widow business women and called off by Shashi Kapoor to play a vital role in film ... the second of filled with massacre, when Donkey went to twang and saw the attack of China over India for disputable region and watching helplessly everything. Lastly, he was confronted by some serious questions on humanity.
It ends very serious. Everyone dies. In bomb. Rifles. War. Fire. Separated from love. Only Donkey was the survivor of war. I was not expecting this book to be as serious. As the first two part were very very funny. In this one, the ending was terribly sad....more

I love this donkey and a different kind of gloom swells inside when I think how it represents the plight of common man. This book was Amazing :) It was sequel to the autobiography of donkey. This is the story where how a well read donkey comes to Mumbai and later stuck in various circumstances, where luck favors him, falls in trap of different set of people who take his advantage because of his ever-growing luck. He becomes rich and then a producer in Hindi-film Industry. And in the process where he was going rich how wisdom receding from away his mind. I believe Hindi literature is dying and we should give our shoulders to strengthen it back. During the start of this year I have decided to read at least 10 Hindi books. This was a good reminder as it was my 3rd so still 7 are remaining.
