This book was so good! This was a heartbreaking “I love you, Johnny Kavanagh. Most in the world. I love you back, Shannon Lynch. Most in the world.” ❤️
This book was so good! This was a heartbreaking and sweet romance about love, family, resiliency, second chances, abuse and grief. Keeping 13 continues to follow Johnny and Shannon as they face challenges and discover love for each other.
I was immersed in this story and the characters from the very beginning. The plot was interesting and the pacing was well done. The writing was descriptive and easy to follow. This book discusses many important topics including abuse, bullying, family problems, and addiction. The characters were all very complex and had their own challenges. I love Shannon, she is so brave, resilient, kind, loyal, helpful and strong. I’m so proud of her, she faces so many challenges and she stays true to herself. Shannon’s character development was great she becomes more confident in herself and is able to ask for help when she needs it. I adore Johnny so much, he’s so sweet, charming, strong, caring, loyal, and protective of Shannon. I loved how sweet he is to Shannon and how caring he is to her brothers as well. I can relate to Johnny because my parents are both amazing and they care a great deal for all of my family members. I also loved that Johnny protected Shannon and made sure to ask her first before making a decision. I also liked many of the side characters especially Gibsie, Joey, Aoife, Claire and Ollie. The romance between Johnny and Shannon was amazing. I loved that they understood each other and let each other be themselves. Their relationship development was also great and I loved how they continued to strengthen their bound. There were many sweet scenes that made me smile and blush. The only critique I have is that there was some unnecessary drama between side characters. The ending was so sweet and wholesome. I’m so glad that it ended on a happy note.
I recommend this book to anyone who loves sports romance, books with important messages, great characters and awesome chemistry between the main characters....more

It was never feeling too much or not enough, even though often you were both, because Love loved you anyway. Not in spite of it, but because of it.”
This book was so good! This was a sweet and engaging romance about finding your special person, friendship, looking at the bright side of life and finding your passion in life. A Novel Love Story follows Eileen who is on her way to a cabin when she crashes her car into Anders (the love interest) and ends up in her favorite novel. Eileen finds her self falling for Anders and must decide to stay in the novel or go back to her job and friends.
I became immersed in this story from the first page. The story was engaging throughout and the pacing was perfect. I enjoyed the magical realism sprinkled into a romance book. The writing was engaging and fun. I felt a lot of nostalgia reading this book because I have dreamed of living in my favorite book with my favorite characters before. The characters were relatable and complex. I really liked Eileen, she is optimistic, independent, relatable, and resilient. I can relate to her wanting to escape her life and living in her favorite book. I didn't like when she tried to meddle in the fictional characters lives, but thankfully she realized her mistake. Eileen's character development was great, in the beginning she was lost and didn't know what to do with her life anymore but by the end she realized what her passion was. I liked Anders a great deal, at first he was grumpy, but when he opened up he showed his sweet side. The sweet things he did for Eileen made me swoon and smile. I did wish the author developed Anders character a bit more. I wanted to know more about him and his past. All the side characters were great especially Eileen's best friend, Pru, Junie, Maya, Ruby and Gemma. The chemistry and tension between the main characters was well done, although there were times when the chemistry could have been strengthen. The romantic developed between Elsy and Anders was great, I'm glad that their love developed over time and they understood about each other before completely falling in love. The ending was so sweet and I'm glad it ended on a happy note.

The Spellshop follows Kiela, a librarian who must flee after the library catches on fire during the revolution. Kiela goes to the island where she grew up and she discovers friends and love that will last a lifetime.
I was completely swept up in this wonderful cozy fantasy from the very first page. I loved the cozy vibes in this book and I loved that this book focused on friendship and love. The fantasy creatures in this book were great especially the mermaids, merhorses, talking plants, a centaur, and more. I loved the world building in this book, the author explained the world but it wasn't complicated. The plot kept for interesting for most of the book and the pacing was well done. This book felt like a warm hug and a cozy blanket. I was smiling and giggling during most of the book, it was so wholesome. I enjoyed the characters immensely! I love Kiela so much, she is brave, caring, closed-off at first but once she opens up she is so kind, hardworking and resilient. Kiela's character development was great, I enjoyed watching her become more comfortable around other people and find a home for herself. I'm in love with Larran, he is such a sweet cinnamon roll character with a heart of gold and I loved how he treated Kiela. Larran made me blush at all the sweet things he did for Kiela including building her a bookshelf. I really liked Caz (a plant who can talk), he is so funny, helpful, sweet, and caring. I enjoyed the side characters a lot too, especially Bryn, Eadie, and Ulina. I love Larran and Kiela's relationship, they understand each other and caring toward one another. I loved the romantic scenes between Larran and Kiela. I will definitely remember the message of this story and the great characters for a long time.

On one side the interactions between friends and family, and I enjoyed the romantic scenes, but on the other side the plot was boring at times, the romance felt like a side plot and I didn't connect to the characters. The pacing was well done, but the plot was boring at times. I enjoyed the focus on mental health and the important messages in the book, but I wished there was more of a focus on the romance. I liked Justin, he's sweet, loyal, funny, but there were times that he felt flat. I liked how much he cared for Emma and his siblings. I liked Emma, she's emphatic, strong, resilient, but there were a few decisions that she made that I didn't agree with. I didn't feel a connection to Emma, but I am proud of facing her struggles head on and working through them. The romance was lacking a bit, there were a few sweet scenes but not enough for me to feel the chemistry between Emma and Justin. Also the development of Emma and Justin's romance was lacking, it felt a bit like insta-love. The interactions between Emma and her friend, Maddy were great, I liked how close they were. The ending was sweet and heartwarming. I'm glad it ended on a happy note. I liked trying to solve the riddles and puzzles. The setting was fun and I liked the escape room aspect of the game. The writing was engaging and easy to follow. The characters were a disappointing part to me. I really like Xander and Grayson, but I didn’t like most of the other main characters. I also didn’t feel a connection to many of the main characters and the character development was lacking. Gigi was an okay character I liked her better than the other characters she is brave and not arrogant. Savannah, Rohan, and Knox were all arrogant and all they cared about was wining. Knox’s character felt very flat and his past was rarely explored. I wasn’t a fan of Lyra because she judged and was rude to Grayson without knowing anything about him. I wish all of the characters past were explored in more depth. I liked the interactions with the characters from the Inheritance Games especially Xander, Grayson and Jameson. The ending was underwhelming and confusing. This book was great! This was a heartwarming and engaging cowboy romance about learning to trust others, love, second chances, and family. Reckless follows Winter, who's divorcing her toxic husband and Theo Silva, a charming bull rider. What starts as an argument between Winter and Theo ends up as the best night of her life. But then Winter makes a deal with Theo that their secret night will never come to light. What will happen next?
I was engaged in this story and the characters from the first page. The plot was interesting and fun. The pacing was perfect throughout the book. The writing was funny, and engaging. I enjoyed the characters so much, they each had a unique personality. I love Winter, on the outside she has a cold exterior but once you get to know her you realize she has a heart of gold. She's hardworking, fierce, strong, resilient, and protective of the people she loves. Winter's character development was excellent, she learned to trust others and showed a softer side of herself. I can relate to Winter, I'm also resilient, hardworking and family is very important to me. I'm in love with Theo, he's charming, witty, strong, sweet, hardworking and compassionate. Theo is such a sweetheart, I was swooning and blushing at many of the sweet things he did for Winter. It made me heart full when he showed how much he cared. Also the scenes with Theo and children made me smile a great deal (so adorable and sweet). I really liked the side characters especially Summer, Harvey, Cade, and Willa. The chemistry and tension between Winter and Theo was amazing! I could feel the connection between them and I loved how their relationship developed over time. I love the banter between Winter and Theo, I laughed and smiled so much! The only critique I have is the miscommunication in the beginning, but it was resolved quickly and only affected my enjoyment a little. The ending was so sweet and heartwarming. I have mixed feelings abou"I love you Sloane Winthrop. I always have. I love you so damn hard I don't even know what to do with it. You're my person."
I have mixed feelings about this book. On one hand the chemistry between the main characters was great, I liked the setting, and I enjoyed the side characters. On the other side, the plot was a bit boring in the middle, the pacing was slow in the middle and I didn't connect to the main two characters. I liked Sloane, she is hardworking, brave, strong and I liked how she stood up for herself. I was proud of her for speaking her mind and I enjoyed seeing her gain confidence in herself throughout the book. There was one situation where I didn't agree with how she treated Jasper. I liked Jasper, he is hardworking, strong, resilient, and sweet to Sloane, but there were times when he was a bit possessive. I wished that Jasper's past was explored more in this book. I liked that Jasper let Sloane be her own person and made sure that she agreed before making a decision. I really liked the side characters especially Summer, Cade, and Willa. I loved the dynamic between Summer, Willa and Sloane. I loved how close they were and were able to make jokes with each other. The chemistry and tension between Jasper and Sloane was well done. I'm glad that their relationship developed overtime. I wasn't a huge fan of the third act drama, but it did resolve quickly. There were a few scenes that made me smile and blush and a few that made me uncomfortable. The ending was sweet and heartwarming. I'm glad that it ended on a happy note. I was engaged in this book and the characters from the first page. This book gave me all the feelings, I was smiling, laughing, and kicking my feet throughout the book. The plot was interesting and the pacing was perfect. The writing is witty, engaging and fun. This was my first time reading a book about a single dad and it definitely meet my expectations. I enjoyed the characters immensely. I love Willa, she is fierce, witty and loyal, but she also has a soft and caring side to her. I loved that she was comfortable showing all sides of herself and was honest to the people she cares about. I can relate to Willa because I'm very loyal and caring towards my family. I'm in love with Cade, he is gruff and grumpy on the outside but on the inside he is loving, caring, selfless, and has a heart of gold. I love seeing the softer side that he showed only to Will and his son Luke. I was giddy over his sweet and soft side. Cade and Willa's character development was excellent they grew so much and showed both sides of themselves. I really liked the side characters, especially Luke (he's adorable and so sweet), Jasper, Summer and Cade's dad. I loved Cade and Willa's witty banter so much, it made me giggle and smile a great deal. The chemistry and tension between both characters was amazing! Sadie's character development was excellent, she learned so much about her self and realized that she doesn't need to please people to be happy. I'm awe of her strength and determination in her everyday life. I'm in love with Julius, he's ambitious, smart, stubborn, and is so sweet to Sadie. Julius has a hard exterior, but his heart is soft and obsessed with Sadie. He is so swoon-worthy and does many sweet things for Sadie. One critique I have is Julius' development is a bit lacking and I wanted to learn more about his past. I really liked the side characters especially Sadie's best friend Abigail. The tension and chemistry between Sadie and Julius was amazing! The slow-burn and academic rivals-to-lovers romance was so well done. I loved that it took time for their relationship to develop from hate to love. There were several cute romantic scenes that made me smile and laugh. I wished that there were more scenes with Sadie and Julius at the end. I enjoyed the ending, but it ended a bit abruptly.
I recommend this book to anyone who loves young adult romance, great characters, and amazing chemistry and tension between the main characters....more

This book was so good! This was such a fun and heartwarming romance about love, friends, grief, hard work and family. All Rhodes Lead Here follows Aurora who moves back to Pagosa Springs, Colorado (her childhood home) after breaking up with her musician boyfriend. Aurora soon realizes that the apartment wasn’t rented out to her by Tobias Rhodes but his son. Rhodes is gruff and grumpy, but will Aurora be able to break down his walls?
“Love could be about money. The best kind of love was so much more than that. It was about giving the person you love everything. The easy effortless things, but also the hardest intangible stuff, the uncomfortable. It was about telling someone that you loved them by giving them everything you had and everything you didn’t because they mattered more to you than anything material ever would or could.”
The beginning of the book was a bit slow paced and boring, but by the middle I fell in love with the characters. The writing was descriptive and witty. The characters were complex and relatable. I love Aurora, she is brave, hardworking, resilient, bubbly and talkative. Aurora’s character development was great, I loved seeing her trust herself and find her purpose again. I’m in love with Rhodes, he is gruff and grumpy on the outside but once you get to know him he has a heart of gold and is so sweet. Rhodes’ character development was excellent, I enjoyed seeing him break down his walls for Aurora and show his sweet side. All the sweet things he did for Aurora (such as helping her during the hikes) made me blush and smile so much. The chemistry and tension between Aurora was great! I loved the slow-burn romance and how their relationship developed gradually. I loved that the characters communicated to each other and when an agreement came up they faced it together. I really appreciated that the author showcased facing the loss of a family member and how grief is a long process. There were several romantic scenes that made smile and blush. The ending was so heartwarming and sweet. I’m glad it ended on a happy note and the epilogue was great!
